Shipping Policy

At Hippopotamus Barn, we want to get your orders to you as quickly and transparently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat Fee $8.00.

  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). 

  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday). 

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 – 9 Business Days.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within the Continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to the "Barn."

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive for punctuality, external factors like weather or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@hippobarn.com.
