    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hippopotamus Barn. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
    
    1. Return Window
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
    
    2. Condition of Items
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
    
    3. How to Start a Return
    To start a return, please email us at sales@hippobarn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    
    4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    
    5. Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
