Return and Refunds Policy
At Hippopotamus Barn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help you get it sorted.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (especially important for electronics).
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@hippobarn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at sales@hippobarn.com.
